Green MEP Molly Scott-Cato commissioned a report on the South West’s energy needs, unveiled yesterday. The report, researched and written by the Resilience Centre, suggests the South West could become an exporter of energy to the rest of the UK, by investing in the transition to a diversified renewable energy system.
