Izzy Russell

Izzy grew up in Bristol, volunteering with local groups and community organisations. They already have experience as a councillor and currently work on housing, sustainability and mental health as an elected representative at the University of Bristol Student Union.

The Green councillors in Ashley have been working closely as a team to get things done for people in the community, from fighting for local bus services, to holding Bristol Waste to account, tackling unwanted graffiti and rogue landlords. Between them they have a broad range of skills and experience in the community.
