Sibusiso Tshabalala

Sibusiso has been on an amazing journey. Having moved from South Africa, he was in temporary accommodation and worked hard to build a home for his young family here in Bristol.

Sibusiso is a council tenant and now represents local tenants on the council’s Housing and Management Board. He also works as a restorative justice facilitator in schools and the neighbourhood, volunteers as a custody advisor, and supports several community groups improving opportunities for residents in less well-off areas here.
